A clowdy(right corner) making a drop from it's eye
Clowdy is an enemy from Shelie's Voyage 3. It is told to appear also in Shelie and Kotch:Cat island.
Appearance[]
Clowdy looks like a gray cloud with black dot-like eyes, that move around it's body, since it's a gas.
Behavior[]
Like most of the enemies from SV3, it moves left and right and randomly changes direction, randomly dropping drops of water from his eyes. He doesn't damage the player himself, but his drops take 1 damage.
